"Bitcoin Frozen in Wallet Due to KYC - Total Bait and Switch"
I transferred bitcoin from my desktop wallet to this bitwallet app on my Android device. When I tried to send it back to my desktop wallet, I hit a snag! Bitwallet chose to hold my bitcoin hostage until I submitted KYC info (like phone number, SSN verifications, and all that jazz). This is a classic bait and switch! Seriously, don’t send any bitcoin to this wallet or company unless you’re okay with the chance of it getting locked up (think of those Paypal horror stories).

"Terrible Customer Service"
Absolutely awful customer service. They’ll take your cash without much fuss, but when it’s time to get your money back, they throw up all sorts of hurdles. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all; they act like total scammers.

I previously used another platform that had way too many limitations, so I decided to stick with Coinbase. A reliable buddy recommended Bitwallet, so I thought I’d give it a shot, even though I was a tad hesitant. Turns out, I had no reason to doubt it. Super simple and handy to use.
